Demolition

IAR has 30+ years of experience in all types of demolition, removals and general construction. We have provided large scale removals at power plants, Amazon and UPS distribution centers and selective mechanical removals in active hospitals and office spaces. IAR has provided large scale-controlled demolition of contaminated and structurally compromised buildings. All of these types of projects have been performed professionally, safely, environmentally conscious and economically effective.

Infectious Disease

Through our knowledge of the hazardous environment, we are well equipped to provide our clients with Infection Control services because of the diverse environments we work in. IAR’s experience selecting and utilizing PPE, creating site specific work plans, constructing containments and decontamination units, and incorporating engineering controls to our work areas, has given us critical knowledge about how to combat the visible and invisible microorganisms. Beyond our foundation in environmental remediation work, IAR staff members have acquired a depth of training in specialized areas such as Biological Decontamination (Ebola), Blood Borne Pathogens, Advanced Environmental Disinfection and ICRA (Infection Control Risk Assessment) training for critical health care environments.
